Private Dining

At Holy Carrot, we welcome private hire bookings for up to 50 guests.

Terms, Conditions & Cancellation Policy: 

Reservations will be confirmed once we receive the 50% deposit of your agreed minimum spend via Sevenrooms paylink.


The remaining balance, or any additional amount if applicable, must be settled at the end of the event.

There is 14 days by email cancellation policy on all reservations, failure to do this can forfeit your deposit.

All minimums spent are to be settled 14 days prior to the reservation and it will be non-refundable in case of cancellation after this date.

We require the final number of attendees to be confirmed at least 48 hours prior to the event day. 

All menu choices are to be finalised 7 days prior to the reservation.

Any shortfall in not reaching the minimum spend on the night will be accounted for as a room hire fee. This is non-refundable.

No space has been booked at this stage and it will be subject to availability, be aware that dates are in high demand.
